How it works:
The virtual gift voucher will be sent to the recipient of your choice at the email address you enter at checkout. So please be sure to double-check their email during checkout. Ocean Eversley Art is not responsible for vouchers that are not delivered to the intended recipient due to a misentered email address. If the recipient does not see the voucher in their inbox within an hour, have them check their promotions and spam folders.
The recipient will be sent a unique coupon code that can be used at checkout for any Ocean Eversley Art piece or product featured on this site. The code can be used on multiple orders until the gifted amount is exhausted.
The virtual gift voucher:
- is non-refundable.
- can only be used for online purchases at oceaneversleyart.com.
- can be used with multiple other virtual gift vouchers in one order.
- expires one year from voucher purchase date and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
- cannot be redeemed to purchase additional virtual gift vouchers.
- is exempt from sitewide sales and promotions.
How long will my artwork take to arrive?
Please note that your fine art print will be crafted upon your order in the following working day timeframes: Canvas Roll prints: 4 days; Stretched Canvas prints and those with Decorating Frames: 6 days; Photo Prints: 4 days; Acrylic Prints: 6 days; Brushed Metal Prints and HD Sublimation Metal Prints: 5 days; Metal Print Epoxy 10 days; Wood Prints: 5 days. These production times indicate the processing time from order placement to shipment preparation and do not include delivery time.
Do you ship internationally?
Canvases, fine art paper prints, and murals can be rolled and packaged by art specialists for safe transport during international shipping. International shipping tends to take just a bit longer than shipping within the United States, but you'll receive detailed tracking information and will be able to view updates along the way.
What is your return policy?
Originals, Art Prints, Photography Prints, Commissions, Wearable Art and Home Accessories Art: All purchases are final and non-refundable.
