Ownership of Artwork and Imagery

Unless otherwise stated, all original artwork, custom commissions, photography, text, and digital imagery displayed on this website are owned by Ocean Eversley and are protected by applicable United States and international copyright laws.

Copyright Retention Upon Sale

Purchasing an original painting, fine art print, photograph, or merchandise item transfers ownership of that physical item only. Ocean Eversley retains the copyright, reproduction rights, and commercial licensing rights to the artwork and imagery.

Without prior written permission, buyers and visitors may not:

• Copy, scan, reproduce, digitally manipulate, or create unauthorized derivative works from the artwork or imagery.
• Use the artwork or imagery for artificial intelligence training, datasets, or machine-learning purposes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Print or produce duplicates for personal or commercial use.
• Sell or distribute digital copies.
• Use the artwork or imagery for branding, advertising, merchandise, publication, or other commercial purposes.

Exhibitions and Gallery Photography

Photography, filming, scanning, or digital recording of artwork displayed at museums, galleries, art fairs, retail establishments, or other exhibitions is not permitted unless expressly authorized by Ocean Eversley and allowed by the venue. Visitors must also follow each venue’s photography and recording policies.

Permissions and Licensing

Interior designers, corporate buyers, curators, publishers, media representatives, and others interested in licensing artwork or imagery for publication, digital use, or commercial projects must obtain prior written permission by and, where applicable, a separate licensing agreement from Ocean Eversley.
